• Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address
• Local pickup from either studio locations: DTLA or Santa Monica - You will receive an email notification when your order has arrived at the chosen location, and you can then pickup within 7 days. Our DTLA hours are 11am-5pm daily. Please note our Santa Monica location has different hours and we will notify you of those hours in the pick up email.

 
Standard Shipping
Your item(s) will be shipped from our DTLA studio within 5 business days and arrive within 1-3 business days if in state, 4-5 business days if out of state, 8-12 business days if international.

Next Day Shipping*
Next day shipping is available Mon-Fri if order is placed before 12pm PST for an additional $30 charge added to the Standard Shipping cost.
 
Shipping Rates + Fees
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order and all fees are standard to UPS, USPS prices.

Returns
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Please contact hello@stilllifeceramics right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. 

WAYS TO RETURN

• In store — You can return your item(s) to our DTLA studio: 767 S Alameda St, #198, Los Angeles, CA 90021
• By mail — Items shipped by mail can be returned by mail with a prepaid USPS label. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.
Original paper or gift receipt
Electronic receipt
Original packing slip (with order number visible)
Order number
Gift registry number
 
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or you may be eligible for an exchange of an item of the same value depending on the reason for return.
